Dana Shechtman Shani is an experienced professional with a strong background in operational excellence, coaching, and training. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Persys Group and as a Podcast Producer at Radio Dana, Dana has previously held key roles at HP, Unilever, and Micron Technology, focusing on operational improvements and lean methodologies. With additional experience in life and business coaching and educational instruction, Dana holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, as well as certifications in life and business coaching from the IKKA Israeli Coaching Association.
