Carola Frohm is a seasoned professional in social work with extensive experience in various roles within Perstorps kommun, including Kurator since August 2016, Familjehemssekreterare, Biståndshandläggare i hemtagningsteamet, and EU-projektledare from December 2010 to January 2016, where Carola led a competency development project focusing on vision, leadership training, and employee education. Prior to this, Carola served as Kurator at Furulundskolan for six months in 2016. Carola holds a degree in Social Work from Kristianstad University, completed in 2009.
