Kylie Shinholt is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Studio Manager and Assistant Manager at Perspire Sauna Studio since May 2024, while also leading as the Founder and CEO of The Routed Project since November 2023, focusing on helping individuals discover their roots and share the Good News of Jesus. With a background in nutrition, Kylie has made significant contributions as a Nutrition Consultant at Tandem Nutrition, impacting over 75 clients in their health journeys, and previously held multiple roles at ISI® Elite Training Franchise, including Performance Coach and Sales and Marketing Specialist. Other experience includes administrative roles with Edward Jones and ITOWN Church, where Kylie developed leadership programs and coordinated outreach initiatives.
