Diane Kolinski has extensive experience in the field of employee assistance programs and counseling. From September 2006 to the present, Diane has served as an Account Manager and EAP Counselor at Perspectives Ltd, where responsibilities include assisting clients and companies with work/life issues to promote successful living and working experiences. Prior to this role, Diane worked as an EAP Counselor at Rockford Health System from September 1990 to September 2006. Diane holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1980 and 1982.
