Cian O'Reilly is an experienced security professional currently serving as a Security Engineer IV at Novacoast since December 2022. Prior to this role, Cian worked at Oracle from November 2020 to December 2022 as a Senior Security Analyst in Detection & Response, where Cian was a key member of OCI's Tier 3 SecOps Team and coordinated the Detection Engineering Program. Cian has developed automation scripts, participated in compliance audits, conducted threat hunts, and collaborated with incident response teams. Cian's earlier experience includes roles at FireEye, Inc., progressing from Associate Technical Support Engineer to Technical Support Engineer and Security Analyst, alongside initial experience as an Aviation Security Agent with ICTS Europe. Cian holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Munster Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Mobile Communications & Security from the University of Limerick.
