Sion Khalaf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Support Group Manager at Personetics since August 2019, Sion has also held significant roles at MediaKind and Ericsson, where responsibilities included T2 Support Management and Customer Support T2 Management. Previous experience includes serving as Americas Technical Director at Mobixell Networks, overseeing large-scale projects for major telecommunications operators, and a role as a Linux R&D Integrator at Bitband Technologies, responsible for the Linux platform. Sion's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Business Management and a B.A. in Economic & Management from The Open University, along with certifications in Perl and systems administration.
