Alexandre Goncalves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Co-CEO of Personal Arte® since May 2015, Alexandre also holds positions as Partner, Investor, and Board Member. Prior roles include Market Access & Non Retail Business Unit Director at EMS from January 2018 to November 2020 and Market Access Director at Aché Laboratórios from December 2020 to March 2024, focusing on institutional and specialty care. Alexandre's career began at Sanofi, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles in various segments, including diabetes and specialty care. Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and has pursued executive education in General Management from IMD and Corporate Finance from Insper, complemented by an Executive MBA from ESPM.
