Vishal Dembla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and workforce solutions across India and the APAC region. Currently serving as Senior Director at PERSOLKELLY since August 2022, Vishal previously held roles such as Country Leader for Tech Staffing and Limited Partner at PointOne Capital, focusing on pre-seed and seed investments in technology-enabled startups. As an angel investor, Vishal has backed over ten startups, achieving two successful exits and aiding ventures in sectors like HrTech, EdTech, and the impact sector. Past positions include Director at Ola, Advisor at Vetan, and Head of Partnership & Customer Success at Juno School of Business. Vishal is actively involved in community service as a Steering Committee Member at Snehi India NGO, contributing to mental health care initiatives.
