Charles R. currently serves as the Director of Business Development for USAF/USSF at Persistent Systems, LLC since November 2021. Concurrently, Charles holds the position of Director of Intelligence, J2 for the Colorado National Guard Joint Staff, providing critical advisory support on intelligence and security matters. Previous roles include program engineer and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, encompassing contingency planning, capabilities development, tactics, and operations for the B-1B bomber. Charles's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Space Operations and a Master of Arts in Military Operational Art and Science, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, respectively.
