Sam Brown is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Persimmon Homes, having progressed through various roles including Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, and Trainee Quantity Surveyor since August 2014. Prior to this, Sam gained experience as a Waiter at Sodexo from August 2012 to May 2016, participating in events such as Royal Ascot 2013 and NUFC Executive Boxes at St James’ Park. A brief internship as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Keepmoat Regeneration provided initial exposure to the construction industry in April 2014. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University, completed between 2016 and 2019, and attended Sunderland College from 2014 to 2016.
