Lucía Domínguez Sineiro has been working in the professional field since 2009. Lucía began their career as an FEUGA Internship at Xunta de Galicia, where they were responsible for web portal maintenance and database update (web programming with php and MySQL), providing support tasks in search of solutions based on open source software, and software validation. In 2012, they moved to Persei Consulting as a Project Manager. Finally, in 2015, they joined Persei Vivarium as a Project Manager/Product Owner.

Lucía Domínguez Sineiro earned their Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidade de Vigo in 2008, with a focus in Communications - Radio. Lucía then went on to receive an Information & Communication Technologies in Biomedical Engineering degree from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2012.
