Emilio Bernal has work experience in the field of business development and marketing. Emilio worked as a Business Development Manager at ECBER Industrial Park from April 2011 to December 2012, where they were responsible for general administration and prospect research for potential businesses. Emilio then joined Persal Manufacturing Solutions in January 2013 as a Business Development professional. In June 2017, they were promoted to the role of Market Development Manager, leading business development, marketing, and customer management. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing processes for generating leads and searching for new manufacturing projects, as well as marketing and promotion.

Emilio Bernal's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Vincent Memorial Catholic High School for an unknown period of time. In 2008, they enrolled at Fudan University where they studied Chinese Language and Literature until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, Emilio pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at CETYS Universidad. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Universidad de Monterrey, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Emilio later returned to CETYS Universidad in 2016 and completed a course in Project Management until 2017.
