Selah Kang is a skilled professional with diverse experience in monitoring and evaluation, operations management, and product development within the fashion and humanitarian sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation / Operations Manager at Mtree since July 2022, Selah Kang plays a key role in training workshops for slum-school teachers in Nairobi and oversees local staff mentoring and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Selah Kang has held various positions at Perry Ellis International, including Sourcing Associate and Product Developer, while previous internships at organizations such as the International Rescue Committee and Human Rights Education Associates have contributed to a strong foundation in research and evaluation. Selah Kang holds a Master's degree in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Clothing & Textiles from Chung-Ang University.
