Jennifer Yen is an accomplished software engineering professional with a strong background in developing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Perplexity since February 2024, Jennifer previously contributed to Phantom, where as the seventh member and first woman, played a key role in creating a multichain crypto wallet for mass adoption. Jennifer's experience spans several notable companies, including software engineering positions at Airbnb, Reddit, and Twitter, along with a focus on growth and development at Neutral, where efforts centered on carbon footprint tracking. Jennifer has also held fellowships at Contrary and Pear VC, alongside an engineering fellowship at Kleiner Perkins. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a diploma from Beachwood High School.
