Matthew Neece, CFA has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2006. Matthew began at Perpetual Limited as a Manager in the Private Equity & Alternative Assets department, where they worked until 2012. Following this, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst for a year before transitioning to the role of Senior Strategy & Product Manager in 2013. In 2018, they were promoted to Head of Product for Data & Analytics Solutions, and later they took on the role of Head of Product for Perpetual Corporate Trust & Perpetual Digital in 2020. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Project Manager at Blackleaf Group, LLC in 2006. Overall, Matthew Neece has demonstrated expertise in various roles within the finance and product management fields.

Matthew Neece, CFA holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in 2016. Matthew completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance at Montana State University-Bozeman from 2002 to 2006. In 2004, Matthew briefly studied Finance & International Business at Macquarie University. Matthew also attended the 2016 Meikie Leadership Masterclass to further their knowledge in Organisational Leadership and High Performance. Additionally, Matthew completed the Perpetual Investments - Investment Analyst Program (Equities) in 2012-2013, focusing on Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management. Matthew has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and in Lean from the Bevington Group.
