Michelle Brennan currently serves as an Independent Director at Perosphere Technologies, Masimo, and Cardinal Healthcare Inc, in addition to their role as an Executive Coach at Pioneering Collective. With a robust background in leadership, Brennan previously held multiple executive roles at Johnson & Johnson over a 32-year career, culminating in positions such as Global Value Creation Leader and Company Group Chair for Medical Devices – EMEA. In those roles, Brennan was instrumental in achieving significant growth and optimizing business strategies. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas and completion of an Executive MBA course at The Wharton School.
