Parul Tolani has extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D) across various organizations, currently serving as a Manager at Pernod Ricard since December 2019, focusing on L&D strategies for a workforce of 1,500 employees in India, Gulf, and Lanka. Previously, Parul held managerial roles at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where responsibilities included training effectiveness and organizational L&D framework design. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at IGATE, overseeing the learning needs of IT and BPO employees, and as Senior Executive at HCL Technologies, where contributions involved instructional design and HR automation. Parul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR) from SCDL, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electricals from the University of Rajasthan.
