Ashwin Kumar is an experienced professional in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as AGM - Manufacturing Improvement at Pernod Ricard since April 2022, overseeing packaging, maintenance, utilities, sustainability, and digital transformation for 29 factories in India. Previously, Ashwin worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev from July 2016 to March 2022 in various roles including Plant Head, where responsibilities encompassed safety, quality, delivery, efficiencies, and employee morale for flagship plants, and South Asia Packaging Leader, focusing on packaging quality and development across 12 plants. Notable achievements include being awarded best global technical manager in 2019. Earlier roles at Procter & Gamble included Operations Manager and Maintenance and Storeroom Leader, contributing to significant reliability and productivity improvements. Ashwin holds an M.B.A. in Operations from IIT Bombay and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
