Amy Karayannis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Pernod Ricard since February 2019, Amy previously held positions such as Director of M&A and Corporate Strategy at the same company, and Global Manager of Investments and M&A at ZX Ventures and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Prior experience includes an Associate role in the Investment Banking Division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Amy advised clients on M&A transactions across multiple industries and regions. Amy began their career as Deputy General Counsel at JVB Financial Group LLC and has held a trainee lawyer position at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a Master’s degree in French Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bilingual International Baccalaureate from the International School of Geneva.
