Ahmet Doymaz serves as the Personnel and Administrative Affairs Chief at Pernix Group, Inc. since June 2019, overseeing various aspects of personnel management, including the creation and maintenance of personnel files, payroll operations, employee leave management, and organizing employee training. Doymaz ensures compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, prepares reports for the board, and manages visa applications for both Turkish and expatriate employees. Prior to this role, Doymaz worked as a Personnel Supervisor at DSG Construction Co. from 2014 to June 2019. Doymaz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Anadolu University, earned from 2001 to 2005.
