Sean Donovan is a Principal at Permira since January 2020. Prior to joining Permira, Sean held positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2012 to September 2020, where Sean served as a Senior Associate, Associate in Private Equity, and Legal Assistant/Trainee. Sean also worked as a Legal Secondee at CVC Capital Partners from September 2013 to February 2014. Sean achieved a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Hons) in Law from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the same university and Bucerius Law School.
