Joseph Offorjama has accumulated diverse experience in operations and customer service, currently serving in a Group Operations role at PTSB since October 2023. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Customer Service Assistant at AXA Partners from July 2022 to October 2023 and gained valuable retail experience as a Shop Assistant at SUPERVALU from March 2019 to March 2022. Academically, Joseph obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Maynooth University in September 2022, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, earned in 2020.
