Todd Perkins is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and design services. As President and Senior Project Manager at Perkins Engineering since June 2007, Todd oversees a range of engineering design projects including roadway design, traffic signal systems, and bike trail development. Prior to this role, Todd held positions at Lochner as a Project Manager where contributions included significant design work for key highway projects, and at Mk Centennial focusing on roadway and bridge design. Early career experience includes roles as a Roadway Design Engineer at Salt Lake County and a Geotechnical Engineer at TERRACON CONSULTANTS. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah.
