Sharon Xiaoyun Hou, Esq. is currently a Director of Custom Programs at Wharton Executive Education and a Board Member at the Perkins Center for the Arts. They previously served as an Attorney at Law, focusing on business immigration and commercial disputes, and co-founded IPAS USA. Sharon started their career as a European Market Program Manager at Shanghai China International Travel Services before becoming a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Kirk V. Wiedemer. They earned their law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2006.
