Minke Smit serves as the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Transformation at PerkinElmer, Inc. since July 2023, leading IT transformation and company carve-out efforts. Previously, Minke held the role of Chief Information Officer at Normec Group from January 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included defining IT strategy and centralizing IT procurement. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Movares, Global Program Director for IT Transformation at Eurofins, and key roles at Vektis CV, Stater, IBM, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, focusing on various aspects of IT transformation, project management, and business process improvement. Minke holds educational qualifications in IT Auditing and Management, Economics, and Law from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, respectively.
