Kim Forshay is a results-oriented Human Resource leader with extensive experience in global total rewards programs. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at PerkinElmer, Inc. since December 2012, Kim specializes in base pay, and short and long-term incentive plan designs that align with business strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing Executive Compensation administration and coordinating the Compensation and Benefit Committee meetings for the Board of Directors. Kim holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. Previous roles include Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems at Sonus Networks and Compensation Consultant with various companies, including Motorola.
