Yael Shofar has extensive work experience in legal and general counsel roles. Yael started their career at BluePhoenix Solutions in 2000, where they served as General Counsel until 2012. Yael then joined Gilat Satellite Networks, initially as an Associate General Counsel from 2012 to 2016, and later became General Counsel and VP, General Counsel in different periods. Currently, Yael is employed at Perion Network as VP Legal and General Counsel since July 2022. Their career progression highlights their expertise in the legal field and their ability to take on higher-level responsibilities.

Yael Shofar earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Yael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University, attending from 2001 to 2003.
