Moran Wagman-Zipori has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. In 2007, they joined PwC as a Senior Manager, CPA, where they excelled in leading multiple teams and ensuring efficiency in task completion. Moran also managed projects involving global collaboration and monitored the performance against budget. Additionally, they held the role of Manager at PwC from 2007 to 2010. Following their time at PwC, Moran pursued a legal internship at Tadmor Levy & Co. from 2010 to 2011. During this period, they gained experience in corporate transactions, providing legal counsel to high-tech companies, and drafting various legal documents. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance at Perion Network since April 2020.

Moran Wagman-Zipori completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Tel Aviv University from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the same university from 2004 to 2007.
