Hilary Potts is a skilled professional in public engagement and recruitment, currently serving as a Specialist in Public Engagement at the Perimeter Institute since November 2023. Previously, Hilary held various roles at Wilfrid Laurier University, including Field Planning and Placement Coordinator for the Faculty of Social Work, where efforts were focused on agency recruitment and developing quality field placements. At Ivey Business School, Hilary advanced through multiple positions from Admissions Assistant Coordinator to Recruiting Manager, significantly contributing to the undergraduate recruiting efforts for the HBA Program.
