Jessica Begley is an accomplished professional with a background in psychology and human resources. She has held various roles in talent development, recruitment, and management at companies such as Bloomingdale's and Victoria's Secret. Currently, Jessica serves as the Chief People Officer at Very, a fully-distributed IoT engineering firm. In addition, she is an advisor at Aidora and the Head of People at Peridio, a company developed by Very. Jessica is also a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering women in leadership positions. She has a strong educational background, with a MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, a BS in Psychology, Anthropology, and Human Resource Development from James Madison University, and experience as an intern in industrial and organizational psychology.
