Elaine O Sullivan has worked in various roles in the quality and laboratory fields since 2009. Elaine began as a Laboratory Technician at Kerry in 2009 and then became a Quality Technician at CETEC in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Chemical Inventory Assistant at Callaghan Innovation. From 2016-2018, they were a Laboratory Demonstrator at the National University of Ireland, Galway and then a Laboratory Analyst at Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments. Most recently, they have been a Quality Technician at Natus Medical Incorporated since 2019 and is currently a Quality Engineer at Perfuze.

Elaine O Sullivan has a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Galway, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, General from University College Cork in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in ISO13485:2016 QMS Internal Auditor (CQI and IRCA Certified) from the Irish Quality Centre in March 2022.
