Chief Executive Officer - via KSV Global (Private Equity) at The Perfumery

Brett Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brett currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The Perfumery, a position they obtained through KSV Global (Private Equity) in May 2020.

In 2017, Brett joined Mercury Asset Partners as a Board Member, focusing on Solar and Green Energy programs in Southern Africa. Brett was responsible for procuring and managing relationships with government officials in Zambia and Zimbabwe to identify areas where their assets could assist with energy and clean water solutions.

From 2017 to 2021, Brett worked at Knoq, where they held various roles. Brett started as a Strategic Advisor, and later became the VP of Business Development for Knoq and Polis, Inc. In these positions, they identified target markets and negotiated contractual agreements with key decision-makers in various industries, including Energy, Solar, Security, Technology, and Telco. Brett successfully navigated contracts with government, political/NGO campaigns, and Congressional Committees.

Prior to that, Brett was the SVP of Business Development at SkyRocket Media LLC from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy and implementation of sales and business development channels. Brett negotiated with C-Level executives to create multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts, leading to significant revenue growth. Brett also oversaw strategic and long-term growth partnerships with various companies.

Brett's work experience also includes serving as the Deputy to National Finance co-Chair at Romney for President from 2011 to 2012, and as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Utah Valley University from 2010 to 2012. Brett has also held positions at SecurityMetrics and G4S International, where they focused on sales and risk analysis respectively.

Throughout their career, Brett has demonstrated their ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth in various industries. Brett'sexpertise spans energy, sales, business development, and political finance.

Brett Nielsen completed their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school education at American Fork High School from 1999 to 2001. Brett then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Utah Valley University from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they attended King's College London from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Relations.
