Jimmy Ha has a diverse work experience in the logistics and distribution industry. Jimmy started their career as a Management Intern at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. in 2007. Jimmy then worked as an Operations Supervisor and later as a Management Trainee at LF Logistics from 2009 to 2013. After that, they joined Phoenix Distribution of California as an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Performance Team since 2015.

Jimmy Ha attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Jimmy also studied at the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics; however, the specific degree and field of study from this institution are not provided.
