Gavin Kinsley is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and testing, specializing in programming languages such as C and C++. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Performance Software Corporation since March 2022, Gavin focuses on DO178C programs, requirements traceability using DOORS, and the creation of test scripts. Previously, as a Software Design Engineer III at Unico LLC, Gavin developed software for test stand applications, utilizing technologies like Git, Bitbucket, and the GoogleTest framework. At Eaton, as a Firmware Engineer, Gavin worked on firmware development for power utility controls, employing Agile methodologies and various tools for project management and source control. Gavin began a career as a Software Test Engineer at Astronautics Corporation of America, where software testing and automation were key responsibilities. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
