Alexander Earnest possesses extensive experience in workforce development and performance consulting, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Performance Point, LLC since July 2018, while also fulfilling roles as West Charlotte Territory Manager and Performance Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Starbucks as a Barista and at Service Evaluation Concepts as part of the Quality Assurance Team. Alexander also worked as a Quality Inspector at YESCO, conducting inspections and relaying information through mobile applications. In addition, as Webmaster for the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, responsibilities included liaising with web developers and assisting with event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Winthrop University and an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from USC Lancaster, along with prior studies at the College of Charleston.
