Iman Lott has a strong background in operations and media. They started their career in 2004 as an Associate Producer and Editor at WSFA 12 News, where they contributed to the writing, production, and editing of news briefs and live remotes. In 2006, they joined Performance Packaging Group as the VP of Operations, showcasing their leadership skills. In 2010, they transitioned to the Soul of Santa Do Good Foundation, taking on the role of Director of Operations. Overall, Iman Lott has demonstrated expertise in operational management and media production.

Iman Lott obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Alabama State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Iman later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from MidAmerica Nazarene University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
