Alcione Nunes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodology. Currently serving as the Head de Agilidade e Estrategia at Performa_IT since September 2024 and a university professor in project management at Centro Universitário UniMetrocamp since November 2020, Alcione has held several significant roles, including Gerente de Agilidade and Customer Experience at Farmácias APP, and various management positions at NSI, Seidor Brasil, and Stefanini Brasil. Alcione's expertise encompasses agile practices, portfolio management, and e-commerce integration, with a strong focus on mentoring teams and driving organizational agility.
