Stephen Jennings is an accomplished IT and customer support professional with extensive leadership experience in managing support teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Support at Perforce Software since December 2018, Stephen oversees distributed application support engineering teams in EMEA and APAC. Previously, at NILGOSC, Stephen held the role of IT Manager, where responsibilities included managing information systems for a large member base. Notable positions also include Director of Site & Customer Care at Micro Focus, where strategic direction was provided to global support and engineering teams, and founding the technical support operations at Segue Software, which later became a 'Centre of Excellence' before its acquisition by Borland Software. Stephen's career began at Queens University of Belfast as a Networks Engineer, after earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with honors in Computing & Information Systems from Ulster University.
