Mark Polly is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience strategies and management. Currently serving as Principal of Global Strategy at Perficient since January 2001, Mark delivers Customer Experience Platform strategies to global clients. Previously held positions include Chief Strategist CX Platforms at Meritage Technologies, where Mark worked from December 2000 until the company was acquired by Perficient in 2004, and Vice President at GlobalServe Consulting, overseeing the consulting division until its acquisition by Meritage. Additional experience includes roles as IT Strategy Analyst at Key Bank and System Analyst at Progressive Insurance and Eli Lilly. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MBA in Labor Relations from Cleveland State University.
