Jithesh Ramachandran is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems management, strategic IT direction, and ERP administration. Currently serving as an IT Manager at Perfetto Trading Company L.L.C., Jithesh supports and maintains Microsoft Dynamics 365 and conducts user training on ERP and CRM systems. Previously, as ICT Manager at SABCO Media, Jithesh was responsible for the strategic IT vision, operational planning, budget compliance, and network performance. Jithesh has also held leadership positions in various companies, including Head of Information Technology at Basicxx Middle East and IT Manager at Al Aqili Retail LLC, where critical ERP implementations and cloud-based solutions were developed. Jithesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Osmania University and a GNIIT honors diploma in Software Technology and Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology.
