Siddharth Behera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Associate Head of Engineering & Projects at Perfetti Van Melle since August 2021, Siddharth leads a team of 70 at the Chennai Plant, achieving over 85% capacity utilization and 95% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) for more than 60 SKUs. Prior experience includes roles at Kellogg Company as Capex Head for India and Maintenance Head for the Taloja Factory, where Siddharth managed a team of 22. Additionally, Siddharth has served as Deputy Manager for Value Engineering at GSK Consumer Healthcare and held various positions at Britannia Industries Limited, including Production Manager and Engineering & Projects Manager. Siddharth holds a B.Tech in Agricultural and Food Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
