Noach Goethegara Zebastian has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR Executive at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk in 2011. Noach then progressed to roles such as HR Generalist at PT Bonavista Polypack, HR Factory Supervisor at PT Reckitt Benckiser Indonesia, and HR Business Partner for Sales at Nestlé. Their most recent roles include serving as AVP - Head of Strategic Learning Partner and Employee Experience at Home Credit Indonesia, where they managed various training programs, and currently, they are the Head of Talent Management at Perfetti Van Melle. Throughout their career, Noach has demonstrated a strong focus on talent development, leadership training, and organizational capability building.

Noach Goethegara Zebastian obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2009. Additionally, they completed various certifications in topics such as HR roles, performance management, change management, emotional intelligence, business analytics, and creativity.
