Joseph Brown has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Joseph started their career at Electronic Arts in 2003 as a CS Product Management, where they developed and maintained relationships with producers and pitched customer support operational services. Joseph then joined OnLive in 2009 as a Warranty Manager and later became the CS Supervisor & Warranty Manager, responsible for managing daily customer support levels and providing consistent support across teams. In 2013, they joined Perfect World Co., Ltd. as the Product Management (Games Lead), and later that year, they joined Gearbox Publishing San Francisco as a Product Lead.
Joseph Brown attended Sequoia High School from 1997 to 2001 and received a Diploma in General Studies.
