Jonathan Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jonathan started their career as an Analyst at UBS in 2009 before moving on to become a Desk Analyst & Trader at Hoplite Capital Management LP in 2011, where they worked until 2018. Jonathan then pursued their MBA at The Wharton School from 2018 to 2020. After completing their MBA, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant from 2020 to 2022. Jonathan then transitioned to become a Board Member at LandOpt, LLC from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Jonathan serves as the Co-President of Perennial Services Group since June 2022 and is set to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer from October 2023.

Jonathan Allen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
