Melissa Ferrara is an experienced professional in early careers recruitment and student engagement, currently serving as an Associate Early Careers Recruiter at Perella Weinberg since February 2022. Previously, Melissa held various recruiting roles at the same firm, including Analyst and Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Coordinator for Student Engagement and Activities at Stony Brook University, where responsibilities encompassed managing over 350 student organizations, recruitment and training of student employees, and event coordination.
