Jennifer Zacharek joined Peregrine Senior Living as the Vice President of Operations in October of 2020. Prior to joining the Peregrine Team, āJenā served for 27 years in Memory Care, Assisted Living as well as in Skilled Nursing communities, in Management and Corporate roles including Executive Director, Quality Assurance, Social Work, Admissions, Marketing & Sales. Jen has extensive experience with all NYS assisted living licensures within both for profit and not for profit companies, and has also provided operations support in multiple other states, as well. Jenās passion is working with and building high performing teams who provide exceptional customer service to the employees, residents and their family members. Jen has achieved census growth, improved compliance with regulators as well as increased customer and employee satisfaction at each position she has held. Joining Peregrine during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic was no small feat, but very rewarding.
