Mick Thomas has been working in the field of Quality Assurance and Enhancement since 2014, when they began their role as Director of Quality Assurance and Enhancement at Peregrine Academic Services. Prior to this, they were Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Adjunct Faculty at Northwood University from 2011 to 2014. From 2011 to 2010, they were Human Resource Manager at Roese Contracting Co, Inc, where they were responsible for a full range of strategic and operational aspects of HR products and services. From 2010 to 2009, they were Learning and Organizational Development Manager at Longview Fibre, where they were responsible for the Learning and OD strategic direction, alignment, and contribution to the company's strategic goals. In 2009, they were a Consultant at learn2perform, LLC and an Instructor at Delta College Corporate Services. From 2000 to 2009, they were Learning Leader at Dow Chemical, where they held a variety of leadership positions aligned to Learning and Performance Improvement.
Mick Thomas is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) at Curtin University. mick previously obtained a Masters in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Bachelors in Engineering from Monash University.
