With a robust career in operational excellence, Evelyn previously held significant roles at General Mills, including Global Operational Excellence Pillar Leader, contributing to initiatives for a Zero Loss Culture and establishing a Global Master Plan for performance growth. Prior experiences include Assistant Plant Manager and National Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Leader at Clearwater Paper Corporation, and various engineering roles at Nestlé Waters, Pactiv Evergreen Inc., CSM Bakery Solutions, and General Mills, showcasing a comprehensive background in process improvement, strategic planning, and team leadership. Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
