Jamie “Rhino” Rhone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, consulting, and leadership within the government contracting and real estate sectors. As the Founder of McClinton & Roy, LLC since 2015, Jamie has been instrumental in providing federal procurement consultancy services. Co-founding McClinton & Deane, LLC in 2021, Jamie focuses on residential real estate investment. Jamie also serves on the boards of various organizations, including Percy and Monterey Consultants, Inc., and has held significant roles such as Vice President at High Point Aerotechnologies and Partner & Chief Procurement Officer at Liteye Systems, Inc. Prior military experience includes diverse leadership positions with the United States Air Force, notably as Legislative Liaison and Deputy Director of the Air Force Foreign Military Sales Division. Jamie holds an MBA in Procurement & Acquisitions Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BS in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
