Michael Swart is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across several prominent companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Perceptyx since August 2023, Michael previously held a similar position at Humu, which was acquired by Perceptyx. Prior to that, Michael was a Senior Software Engineer at Lyft from August 2019 to February 2023, where leadership responsibilities included serving as the Tech Lead for the LyftPass product within Lyft Business. Early career experiences include software engineering internships at Lyft, Librato, and Zynga, where notable responsibilities included overseeing application health metrics and enhancing user experience through usability testing.
